Zionsville has recently passed a new Reorganization Plan which will increase our size to over 52 square miles - with plenty of room for business growth & development.

The Zionsville Economic Development Commission is an umbrella organization which provides a one-stop shop for economic development resources. We can provide help to any sized business with starting or expanding their business

Some of our Economic Development Services include:

• Identifying available sites and spaces for retail development
• Building relationships with local and national real estate brokers, retailers and developers
• Facilitating the regulatory process for developers
